how do you deal with anger?

i used to be so calm, and now, i've noticed that i'm more angry at ... well, everything.

i dont know if it's me or my surrroundings,but i think it's probably my surroundings because of my family.  (i dont really feel like getting into it right now).

but, anyways, i dont like feeling angry.  when i do, i just ignore it... pretend like im not.  it makes me feel better because i really DO NOT want to be angry person... but i dont want to surpress it..... i want to not feel it at all.  i mean, im not delusional, i know everyone feel s angry sometimes, but i want it to be less then it is now.  i used to do yoga, but, lately, there's just no time- between school, adn freinds, and TRYING to make my family (edit:  it's supposed to say "happy" here, but i accidently had left it out.) but getting nowehre because they're impossible, i jusit dont do it nearly as often anymore.... my body's all... eugh! from not doing yoga for so long... it's nto fun.

but, anyway, how do you deal with this?  do you do anything that helps?  the only thing i can really think of is yoga - to calm me.....

im open to suggestions, and thanks in advance!  :D
